Haha...no were just kidding....Of course we cannot accept returns of personalized engraved materials....once she is carved thats the end of the road, so choose your design carefully.... But we can always try to help with a finish or color that can be changed or modified to your approval.... I want to make signs to last forever and make sure people are happy with it and proud to have it, and show it off....
